**1. Slow Computer Performance**

**Symptoms**:
- Programs taking longer to load.
- Slow startup or shutdown times.
- Unresponsive or frozen screen.

*Possible Solutions**:
1. **Restart your computer**: Sometimes a simple restart can resolve many issues.
2. **Close unused programs**: Open Task Manager (Ctrl + Shift + Esc) and close any applications you’re not using.
3. **Free up disk space**: Check your storage (Settings > System > Storage) and delete unnecessary files.
4. **Scan for malware**: Run an antivirus or antimalware scan to check for infections.
5. **Disable startup programs**: Go to Task Manager > Startup tab and disable non-essential startup programs.
6. **Update your software**: Ensure your operating system and drivers are up to date.
